Ronald J. McGinnis Ronald J. McGinnis is a Vice President of Ocean Atlantic’s Illinois Division, where he manages the contracting of all land development and construction operations. He is based in Chicago. Prior to joining Ocean Atlantic, Mr. McGinnis was a Vice President at Falcon Consulting. He previously held various engineering positions with Midwest Consulting Engineers and the Illinois Department of Transportation. Mr. McGinnis received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa in 1985 and an MBA from Loyola University in 1991. |
