Zachary S. Goldman Zachary S. Goldman is an Associate Director focused on the entitlement, planning, and development of mixed-use planned communities in the United States. He is based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Ocean Atlantic, Mr. Goldman was a member of the commercial litigation department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Prior to that, he was with the law firm of Bracken & Margolin LLP, where he was primarily involved in business transactional law. A graduate of Hobart College with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Zach now serves as Hobart’s assistant sailing coach. Contact: |
